4. It is very easy to install, it requires minimum programming knowledge, you still have to know how to ftp (move) the files to your server and setup mysql (usually very simple – if you do not know hot to do it ask your host)
5. Many hosts offer very simple setup via the control panel.  Just few clicks and the system is ready.
6. You can easily find free themes, that are simple to install and look great.  Every day there are coming new themes.
7. The system is free, it is stable and it is secure.  Updates are readily available and the system and plug-in can be updated via simple clicks with in the WordPress system.
8. WordPress has huge community and many indiviuals that are willing to help you for free if you get in to any trouble.
